Spink County Recruitment Program

Grow Spink has implemented an employment recruitment program to assist Spink County businesses to fill job openings. 

 

 

Business Qualifications

• First come first serve basis

• Business must be a current Grow Spink Member

• Grow Spink will provide up to a $500 incentive

Employee Qualifications

To receive funds the employee must:

• Be a new resident of Spink County

• Be hired as a full-time employee (must not have started employment before contacting Grow Spink)

• Stay employed with employer's business for one year

Disbursement of Funds

​

The funds will be dispersed to the employee over a twelve month period as follows:

• The first disbursement of $250 after the employee has completed six months of employment at the recruiting business

• The second and final disbursement of $250 after the employee has completed one year of employment at the recruiting business
